November 18 - Spirit Celebration: That day was pretty boring. Well, for me it was. Since I'm not a cheerleader, I just sat in the stands and watched all the performances with the parents. The rest of the Mafia was actually performing. But I guess I wasn't too bored. I sat with Tyler's Nana and we laughed at all the people who fell. That was fun.
Trin got 2nd place because they had one stunt fall. Tyler got... whatever place he got. I don't know. All I do know is that his team did not get a payed bid and he was angry.
After the competition, we went out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. During the ride there, my mom drove over a pothole which scared the bejeebus out of me. Nobody understood why the pothole drop scared me so much. It was because the tire under the passenger's seat is the one that fell in. I was sitting in the passenger's seat.
November 22 - Thanksgiving: We all found the word "avocado" strangely humorous on Thanksgiving. Because, at Nana's house, we watched a movie called Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. During a mantra, there's a close-up of an old guy's face and while spitting out food, he shouts "AVOCADO." Not surprisingly, we found that hilarious.
We also fed ducks and ate food, but that's boring to talk about. Once it got dark outside, we went to go ride a Christmas-themed train in someone's backyard. It was a small train, but it went faster than I expected. I video-taped some of the ride, but I can't figure out how to get it up here. I think there should have been cushions on those wood seats because with all the bouncing that train did... Ouch.
November 23 - Black Friday Shopping: I absolutely hate Black Friday shopping. Mostly because of all the stupid people. We didn't even really buy anything. We just walked around the mall. It was an outdoor mall, so I was freezing. I didn't buy anything. Tyler and Trin bought hand sanitizers from Bath & Body Works. That store gives me headaches. I also picked out some jeans from Hollister which my mom is going to give me as a Christmas present.
Then we went to eat at an Italian place where Tyler kept calling me cranky, so I ignored him. We played a couple games of I Spy too. Our parents also planned an "Ugly Sweater Party" sometime in December. So that triggered a (in my opinion, unnecessary) trip to Wal-Mart for tacky Christmas garb for Trin, Tyler, and Dylan. I don't even know what they all bought. But I already have my sweater, so I didn't need anything.
In Wal-Mart it was decided another sleepover at Nana's was needed. So we all went to Nana's house after promising we would clean-up after ourselves. At her house, we watched a lot of movies and shows. Such as, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs only up to the part where the old man said "avocado", half of The Hunger Games, one episode of Duck Dynasty, and one episode of The Wedding Band. Over the course of the night, I couldn't go to sleep. Primarily because, Tyler was annoyingly snoring right next to my head and Dylan kept kicking me. So I relocated to the floor and finally fell asleep around three a.m.
November 24 - Sleepover at Nana's: In the morning, Nana brought us breakfast, I had to explain why I was on the floor, and we watched the rest of The Hunger Games.
Then we fed the ducks pumpkin bread in our pajamas. I held the bread loaf in my sweatshirt and pretended I had a bread baby. But I got tackled by Tyler and he took the bread away from me. After that, we walked back to Nana's house and ate turkey sandwiches. Tyler and Dylan left with their dad to go get their hair cut or something. So since it was just the girls, Trin and I learned how to crochet. I'm not very good at it, but it's fun to play with the yarn.
And that's it. Yeah. I don't know what else to say so, AVOCADO. Haha. Bye.
